Yaw Tog, also known as Thorsten Owusu Gyimah, claims he does not intend to settle down permanently in Ghana and would rather alter his nationality in order to do so.
The 17-year-old, who graduated from Opoku Ware Senior High School in 2021, claims that he intends to continue his education by enrolling in a college in the United States or the United Kingdom and thereafter renunciating his Ghanaian citizenship to reside there.
In an interview with video blogger Zionfelix, Yaw Tog, he made the admission and added that the country’s current economic situation is intolerable for him.
He claimed that until he finished senior high school and made the decision to support himself, he had no idea how difficult life was in Ghana.
