Controversial rapper, Okese1, has threatened to sue organizers of the Global Citizen Festival concert for copyright infringement.
The rapper, in a tweet, accused organizers of blackballing.
He shared a video of which his raving success single, ‘Na Today’ was performed by an unidentified man to entertain fans at the event.
Okese1 noted that he had no contractual agreement with organizers, nor did he receive any compensation for the use of his song.
This is why he will be suing them for the infringement of his property.
He tweeted, “So who was that actually performing Na today at the Global Citizen Show … Y’all blackball me tryna hide me n still use my songs to promote yo Shows!!!! We had no contract No settlements made!!! I’m sueing y’all”
