Angry fans in the UK booed Asake, the Nigerian Afrobeat sensation, for arriving late for his main performance.
On Saturday, December 3, 2022, Asake—who recently finished his “Mr. Money with The Vibe USA Tour”—was set to perform in Birmingham. However, many fans complained on social media that the singer arrived late for the event.
While other footage showed the enthusiastic greeting Asake received after entering the platform, numerous films published online claimed that people could be heard booing him as he was ready to take the stage.
