Following a dispute within his family, Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba has recently made headlines for all the wrong reasons.
The most recent of Pogba’s problems is the one involving the injury he sustained while working out on Juventus’ preseason tour. The midfielder had the choice of having surgery or letting the injury heal naturally, but he chose to forego treatment.
Pogba now has no choice but to have the operation, which will put him out of commission for at least two months and give him just two weeks to prepare for the FIFA World Cup, which begins on November 20, 2022.
Paul Pogba’s right knee sustained a meniscus rupture, but he is hopeful that he can recover in time to play for France at the World Cup.
