Despite Ghana’s elimination from the world cup competition in Qatar, the nation will still be represented at the event in another way.
At the World Cup this year, a FIFA fan festival was launched, bringing together supporters from all over the world to celebrate the distinct atmosphere of both the FIFA World Cup and FIFA Women’s World Cup. Every fan can attend, whether they are a die-hard or casual football fan or a follower of music, food, or culture.
On the 16th of December 2022, award-winning Ghanaian Reggae/Dancehall performer Stonebwoy will perform at one of the Fan Festival’s designated locations. For a musician with such a strong pedigree and worldwide success over a period of almost 7 years, it is hardly surprising.
