Ghanaian dancehall musician, Emmanuel Andrews Samini widely known as Samini is the new Students Representative Council (SRC) President of the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA).
Samini and his Vice President, Mabel, won the presidential elections with 307 votes, according to reports.
The elections were held on 22nd June 22 at the GIMPA campus in Accra.
Multiple sources have confirmed the news and congratulated the veteran musician for achieving this milestone.

Prior to the elections, Samini alleged that his competitors had sabotaged his campaign for SRC Presidency.
The singer accused the National Democratic Congress(NDC) of sabotaging his campaign for the Student Representative Council presidency.
However, Samini noted to fans to disregard such reports because the news about the alleged vandalization has no iota of truth.
