The Nigerian rapper and singer set a new record after his single Calm Down sold 60 thousand units in India, which is equal to 12 million streams. The vocalist is now qualified for a Gold certification from the Indian Music Industry, as a result.
Calm Down also reached its highest point on the Indian charts a few days ago, peaking at number 19. Rema tweeted a screenshot of the numbers along with the following statement:

The video also set a new milestone for becoming the first Afrobeats video to reach 200 million views quickly, adding to the Calm Down run.
