Afrobeat musician, Wendy Shay, has responded to critics about her performance at the just ended Vodafone Ghana Music Awards.
She noted that there was a technical glitch from her band, but that didn’t stop her from delivering her best.
Wendy Shay said she thrilled fans with soothing vocals, choreographic performance and splendid costume regardless of the flaw.
She tweeted, “Obviously there was a technical hitch from my band..I pulled thru with a Thrilling Top Notch performance at the just ended VGMA’s,..Vocals, Choreo, Costume, all on POINT!”
The ‘Kut It’ hitmaker who is focused on winning Grammys for Ghana said people should stop hating on her.
She told critics to stop turning on her and remain humble so she can win Grammys for Ghana.
“so won’t U people humble Urself so I take U to the Grammys! Ghana wake up!” she added.
