The owner of Leeds United, Andrea Radrizzani, shared some significant insights about the transfer controversy involving Rafael, Chelsea, and Barcelona in an exclusive interview with Athletic UK.
The owner disclosed that Barcelona had actually made a trade for the Brazilian player with Chelsea before Barcelona intervened.
As the first payment for Raphinha was due in September 2022, it was verified that Barcelona had not yet done so. He hoped that they would keep to their word and make the money in order to prevent a “Global Case.”
