Away! Away!! A chant and a moment the President of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwah Akufo-Addo never dreamt of, yet it happened!
This comes after a section of attendants gathered in one accord to boo the president during his speech at on the night of the event.
The President was called on stage to address patrons at the event and unfortunately was massively booed by the crowed.
It was an embarrassment for the president and his entourage at the just ended Global Citizen Festival in Accra, but somehow it was a win for some Ghanaians facing the consequences of the failing economy.
Their action was met with mixed reactions from Ghanaians on social media and various platforms.
According to eyewitnesses, the boos were chanted due to the poor performance of the president during his second tenure.
