Canadian musician Drake, has stated why he believes he is Nigerian. Drake, the multi-award-winning rapper, songwriter, and performer, stated why he believes he is Nigerian in a post on his social media account today, Monday, May 8, 2023. Using the website Ancestry.com, the singer discovered that he had African ancestors through his father Dennis Graham, with the biggest percentage coming from Nigeria.
On the website, the rapper included a picture of his results as well as information on his ties to Cameroon, Congo, Ivory Coast, and other African countries.
The rapper responded to the finding with the following tweet:
‘This is my dad’s results. Does this mean I am a Naija man finally?’
