Director Kahn of Bayern Munich explained in an interview the reasons why they turned down the offer to sign Cristiano Ronaldo.
Following reports that Cristiano Ronaldo was linked to a number of teams, Bayern Munich director Kahn recently explained why the German club decided against acquiring the iconic player.
Fabrizio Romano Kahn allegedly stated that Ronaldo was not a consideration for his team since he did not adhere to the club’s philosophies.
Oliver Kahn, the director of Bayern Munich, said:
We discussed about Cristiano Ronaldo internally I consider him one of greatest footballers ever.
Then we came to conclusion that, despite appreciation for Cristiano, he would not fit into our philosophy in the current situation.
