Following a lengthy absence from the public eye, David Adeleke, better known by his stage name Davido, has addressed his audience for the first time.
The musician and music executive, who has stayed away from social media and the public eye since the tragic event of losing his kid in 2022, has announced that he is making a comeback to the music industry.
The musician, who was recently spotted having a good time at a private party in Nigeria with his cousin B-Red and Chocolate City artist Young Jonn, is getting ready to release a new studio album named “Timeless.”
The musician discussed the importance of time in life in a post on Instagram on March 21, 2022. He also informed them that the upcoming album would be published on March 31st and thanked them for their support while he was abroad. He stated:
There is a time for everything. A time to Grieve and a time to Heal.
A time to Laugh and a time to Dance. A time to Speak and A time for Silence.Thank you to everyone out there for your love and support that has held me down. All the love and messages while I was away, the gifts sent, the concerts you all threw! I appreciate it all. Today, I want to remind you all that what is now Timeless, was once new. It’s time for new.
