In their first-ever collaborative commercial, Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi represent the upscale clothing line Louis Vuitton.
The two players appear to have traded the football field for a checkered suitcase and are now playing a more intellectual game of chess after dominating talks over who the greatest footballer of all time is.
Uncertain of the outcome of the chess game, Messi, 35, announced the paid collaboration on Instagram with the following caption:
‘Victory is a state of mind.’
Both of them are in Qatar working with their national teams in advance of the 2022 World Cup.
Both players are presently preparing for the World Cup in Qatar, but there are concerns about their condition, particularly Lionel Messi’s, who is currently exercising alone away from his club.
