Hatayspor footballer, Christian Atsu has been found alive, but injured according to reports from Turkey.
He was pulled out of the earthquake debris after hours of search by the rescue teams.
The former Newcastle United player went missing following the devastating earthquake that hit Turkey and Syria.
Many has been confirmed death and injured, however, the Ghanaian forward miraculous was found alive and is currently responding to treatment.
Hatayspor manager Mustafa Özat confirmed the news to the press earlier this morning.
“Christian Atsu was removed with injuries. Unfortunately, our sporting director Taner Savut is still under the rubble,” he said.
