Chelsea Football Club is yet to make a new signing in this transfer window. The club has begun transfer negotiations with Manchester City attacking player Raheem Sterling.
On Sunday, June 26th, 2022, transfer news specialist Fabrizio Romano confirmed the news on his official Twitter account. The Stamford Bridge team is reportedly prepared to make a fresh offer for the English player.
Marina Granovskaia had previously spearheaded negotiations between the Blues and City; however, now that she has left the club, Todd Boehly will not be leading those discussions.
Romelu Lukaku, who will go on loan to Inter Milan, must be replaced by a forward for Chelsea, and there is a chance that Hakim Ziyech will also go to AC Milan. Although there is no formal statement from either party, the London club is also connected to Ousmane Dembele.
Chelsea will submit a new proposal for Raheem Sterling as they’re already working on it. Tuchel wants him and personal terms have been already discussed. 🚨🔵 #CFC
