Chelsea FC appears to have changed the course of events as they apparently plan to make Brighton an unbeatable offer for star player Marc Cucurella, who Manchester City had been interested in.
Chelsea is convinced that they can reach a personal agreement with Cucurella since they are willing to offer Brighton a deal of 50 million with the addition of defender Levi Colwill, claims transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.
The failure to sign players Raphinha and Kounde has dealt the blues a severe setback in the transfer window market.
Below is what Fabrizo Romano posted on his twitter timeline.
