Joan Laporta, the president of Barcelona Football Club, has commented on the recent developments involving Bernardo Silva and his team.
Laporta stated in an interview that the club’s priority is signing new players prior to the beginning of the new season. It has been challenging for the Catalonia club to sign Franck Kessie, Andreas Christensen, Robert Lewandowski, Rafhinha, and Jules Kounde due to the club’s financial woes.
He did, however, acknowledge that Xavi needs to recruit additional players to his squad before the start of the new football season.
Now we are focused on registering players we have signed and resolve the futures of the players not in the plans. After this, we will see what we can do.
