Mohamed Elneny, an Egyptian midfielder, has had his contract extended by Arsenal Football Club.
On Wednesday, May 25th, 2022, the news was confirmed on Arsenal’s official website. Elneny has opted to devote the rest of his career to the Emirates, according to club reports.

Mikel Arteta, the Gunners’ manager, expressed his delight at Elneny’s contract extension.

In January 2016, he made his Arsenal debut in a 2–1 FA Cup win over Burnley and was a member of the 2016/17 FA Cup-winning squad. He was also a member of the 2017 and 2020 FA Community Shield winning teams, as well as the 2018/19 UEFA Europa League Final in Baku.
