Wesley Fofana and Reece James from the first team have received an update on their injuries and progress.
Chelsea FC has provided a new report on the future course of action for both players in a race against time for the FIFA World Cup 2022 as fans wait for further information on the injury and recuperation of two of their first-team players.
It has been revealed that both players who had suffered knee injuries in two separate Champions League games are traveling to Dubai with the Chelsea medical staff to continue their recovery efforts and try to get back to match fitness.
These are not Chelsea FC’s only injury issues as players Koulibaly, N’Golo Kante, and now Kepa have all been confirmed to be out as well. Neither player had required surgery and had been expected to be out for eight weeks.
Others still have a chance to qualify for the world cup in November 2022 even though N’Golo Kante won’t be there.
