American reality TV star, Josh Duggar, was sentenced to 151 months in prison for possessing child pornography.
The 34-year-old celebrity was found guilty on two counts of receiving and possessing child pornography by Judge Timothy L. Brooks.
However, Josh’s previous charges were also dropped after agreement was made between defense and prosecution. The court vacated count 2 without prejudice.
The Judge ruled that Duggar did not distribute pornography knowingly, however the objection was sustained.

Josh’s team asked for five years in prison, while the prosecution suggested a maximum of 20 years.
His wife, Anna Duggar, and his father, Jim Bob, were present during his sentence.
He was arrested in April 2021 after a police detective traced pornographic files to his computer.
Investigators concluded that the images depicted the sexual abuse of children, including toddlers.
