FC Barcelona have announced that Argentine striker, Kun Aguero, has been ruled out for three months over a chest discomfort.
The Barcelona forward Kun Aguero will be out of action for at least three months after suffering from chest complications during his side’s 1-1 draw against Alaves on Saturday.
The Manchester City legend was taken to the hospital after he complained of dizziness and being unable to breathe properly during the game. In updated reports, the goal poacher has been diagnosed with a heart rate rhythm disorder.
According to a statement from Barcelona, medical checks confirm that Aguero will be out of action for the next three months.
The statement read:
Sergio Aguero has been subjected to a diagnostic and therapeutic process by Dr.Josep Brugada. He is unavailable for selection and during the next three months the effectiveness of treatment will be evaluated in order to determine his recovery process.
Aguero joined Barcelona on a free transfer from English Premiership giants Manchester City in the summer.
However, he picked up an injury and couldn’t make his debut until two months later. After he recovered from the injury, he played five games for Barcelona, scoring one goal.
